Effectively conduct deep and thorough competitive Product and
Market assessments leading to differentiation, branding and value
proposition articulation

Make significant contributions to the “Voice of Customer” process
to develop product and market strategy, especially from the local
market perspective including features and market price

Define NAM targets and achieve sales and margin growth objectives
of assigned product families

Support field sales as the Subject Matter Expert on assigned
products and applications

Responsible for marketing and promotional programs for assigned
product families in NAM

Ensure availability of product literature, catalogs and white
papers; Develop required collateral for the sales organization to
win customers

Define target customers and potentials based on the product basket

Ensure that sales organization is trained and qualified on the
product basket

Attend sales conferences and trade shows as required

Facilitate exchange of information between Product Engineering,
Application Engineering, Product Management and Field Sales management

Manage and escalate demand planning issues as required to reach
customer delivery expectations

Executes market launches, sales support and applicable product
marketing in NAM
