Experience and Skills:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical
Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology and 5 years of
experience in manufacturing/production engineering. In lieu of a
Bachelor’s Degree, employer will also accept an Associate’s Degree in
Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology and five
years of experience in manufacturing/production engineering. In
addition, the following specific skills are required:
5 years of experience with AutoCad Inventor, SAP, MS Office,
Share Point navigation, and CCPM;
5 years of experience with Lean/FVP processes; Ergonomic, TPM,
and Quality;
5 years of experience with metal materials specifications and
applicable DIN and/or ANSI standards;
5 years of experience with problems solving methods (Ishikawa,
5W, etc.); and,
5 years of experience with estimating and cost calculation of
production methods.
10% domestic and international travel required.
The Immigration Act of 1990 amended the Immigration and Nationality

Permanent Employment Certification.
