The successful candidate will be responsible for
supporting the Phase in and Phase out process including part setup and
maintenance, inventory analysis, and maintaining appropriate mix and
quantities. Key accountabilities are as follows:
- Direct responsibility for phase in and/or phase out setup and
process, including but not limited to, monitoring lifecycle status,
entering projects on SharePoint, collecting and processing feedback,
updating settings at the appropriate time, Daily YOM’s, Demand
Peaks, MSPT, unblocking parts, support with alternate materials
- Support part setup including YUHOL, lifecycle part maintenance,
management of part setup mailbox
- Support Engineering changes
- Supports reaching KPI targets through inventory analysis and
process improvement
- Creating and utilizing strategic sustainable processes to maximize
inflow and outflow of inventory to support DCR and Inventory KPI’s
- Support creation and maintenance of process documentation
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis requests, KPIs/Metrics, and reports within
Supply Chain using tools but not limited to SAP R/3, BI/BO,
Dispo-cockpit, established tools & process, and using Microsoft
Office applications (Excel, Visio, Access)
- Act as backup for Phase in, Phase out, and the complete Lifecycle
role when business needs arise, i.e., fill in for colleagues when
pulled away on projects, or not in the office
- Communicates with management and other functions regarding
Lifecycle process and inventory management in NAM
- Communicates with supply chain team regarding process training,
rolling out new process/changes and aiding in skill set improvements
in NAM
- Work with other Supply Chain team members to increase their
expertise on the Lifecycle process, train on new and existing
processes as it relates to Lifecycle, part setup or maintenance, or
Lifecycle inventory management
Displays a positive and collaborative work ethic and attitude
- Other tasks as they present themselves or created by Supply Chain management
- Communicates with management and other functions regarding
Lifecycle process and inventory management in NAM
- Communicates with supply chain team regarding process training,
rolling out new process/changes and aiding in skill set improvements
in NAM
