  • Worldwide responsibility and expansion of Ford Motors (domestic & global)
  • Ensuring long-term customer loyalty through operational and strategic measures
  • Steering of all key account activities worldwide as responsible interface to the customer as well as within the sales network
  • Develop and implement a global strategy for the assigned key account
  • Responsible for the identification, acquisition and realization of projects and solutions
  • Expansion of the key account for the entire service portfolio, especially in new technologies and product groups
  • Building up & coaching the team worldwide to realize the qualitative and quantitative goals
  • Ensuring the communication and information flow between all parties involved internally and externall

Experience and Skills:

  • Successfully completed degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable in-depth technical qualification
  • Business management knowledge, e.g. through postgraduate studies in the field of business management or distribution
  • Several years of experience in the sale of automation technology products/systems requiring explanation and in the support of major customers
  • Extensive knowledge of Festo applications and products
  • High level of initiative and above-average contact and communication skills, ability to work in a team and multicultural understanding
  • High level of initiative and independence, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, confident appearance and reliability
  • Very good knowledge of English is a prerequisite
  • Willingness to frequently travel internationally  - Homebase in Detroit / USA required
