In this role, the Quality Planner is responsible for the following: 

  • Participation in the definition of quality targets of a project
  • Advanced quality planning within NEP/ECM/transfer projects (APQP, inspection plans, inspection instructions, etc.)
  • Support the product and process FMEA activities and the definition of special characteristics, together with the WIN/KON Team Members
  • Support the selection of test and measurement equipment and procedures in the development (incl. experimental design)
  • Planning and implementation of quality assurance measures within serial production (endurance run, proof of capabilities, suitability for test processes, FPY, etc) and monitoring during the NEP project
  • Define the quality-relevant acceptance criteria and acceptance conditions for new machines in the specifications and supporting machine manufactures with quality specifications and standards
  • Lead the releases of manufacturing/assembly processes (SOP) and production release
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of control plan and inspection plan
  • Supports the exchange of information related to quality planning across plants in parallel production projects and transfer projects
  • NEP: Monitoring of problem and error analyses and reflect this information to the KON and WIN Team

Experience and Skills:

  • 3 Years previous supplier quality planning experience working in an ISO 9001 certified system
  • 4 year engineering or technical degree or equivalent experience
  • SAP and ISO 13485 experience a plus
