Job Description:

Digital Marketing:

  • Conceptualize, execute, manage and analyze all North American digital marketing campaigns with the target to attract new prospects, collect leads and generate sales (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Retargeting)
  • Manages website content, updates, analytics and reporting for US, CA and MX.
  • Responsible for social media development and content for US, CA, MX, Didactic and Fabco (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter)
  • Manage and analyze paid online campaigns to generate brand awareness, drive traffic to ecommerce site, collect leads and generate online sales.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing communications team, management, and agencies to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive branding execution on all content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other channels (unpaid marketing, paid search, display, content, affiliate) to ensure effective cross-channel strategy and seamless customer journey.
  • Responsible for developing the North American digital marketing strategy and budget.

Creative Content Management:

  • Oversee the creative direction, planning and execution of content (ie. photography, videography, literature, graphic and media design).
  • Leads in direction the design and content of marketing assets (print and digital).
  • Provides creative direction on small and large scale projects from creative concept to completion.
  • Brainstorms and strategizes with Marketing Communications team and other departments to help develop creative direction with a focus on the look and feel of marketing materials
  • Ensures brand guidelines are followed and adhered to for all marketing assets.

Exhibitions and Expotainer Management:

  • Provide strategic oversight for each tradeshow, aligning event marketing to company strategy.
  • Plan, organize and implement North American exhibitions and events including supplier contracts, budgeting, strategy and messaging.
  • Responsible for the overall organization and maintenance of technology exhibition vehicles, updating of displays, liaising with sales team for scheduling customer visits, and tracking and monitoring of leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate with key contacts of Global and National Product Management and Industry teams, external show organizers, and vendors to provide strategy, planning, and coordination for a wide variety of external and internal audiences.
  • Responsible for researching, planning and execution for tradeshows/events.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily supervision and development of the Marketing teams within the Digital Marketing, Creative Content and Exhibitions areas of the department.
  • Works to improve the team’s overall performance and embraces a collaborative approach.
  • Collaborate with Global, Regional and National Marketing, Industry Segment/Sales Management, Product Management and Distribution management teams as well local Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance leaders to ensure strategies and plans are integrated and aligned.
  • Establish metrics and measurement strategies to track ROI and validate the success of marketing programs. Develop and report on KPI’s related to marketing activities on a monthly basis to management team.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; preparing and conducting performance appraisal evaluations; acknowledging good performance and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Highly organized and the strong ability to maintain projects within allocated budget and timeframes

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 15+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Minimum 10+ years experience with development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Minimum 10+ years experience conceptualizing, planning and executing content marketing programs.
  • Minimum 10+ years in both print and digital advertising, website content development, SEO, social media content and analysis.
  • Minimum 10+ years in tradeshow and event management.
  • Experience creating marketing/advertising content development, vision and messaging.
  • Minimum 10+ years managing a staff (remote and in-person).
  • Experience with managing an international team a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptive to change and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
