Job Description:

  • Coordinates internal resources within the project charter for the flawless execution of projects

  • Supports the project managers by ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Assists in the definition of project charter, involving all relevant stakeholders from disciplines across organizations

  • Tracks and analyses project cost and performance to provide reports to project managers summarizing: project scope/schedule/costs and suggested improvements

  • Collects management requirements and transforms it into projects’ pipeline
  • Based on provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks
  • Work with team on project work to keep project going according to schedule

  • Communicate to the management changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

  • Report project status and escalate risks to management as needed

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Perform quality assurance per project requirements

  • Close project and documentation, pass project deliverables to operations

  • Business travel are expected to be approximately 10-30% annually
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

  • Successful completion of post-secondary college/university preferably in the business field and or technical.
  • 1-3 years in project coordination preferable.
  • Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP ad MS project or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills, French or Spanish are assets.
  • Experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Supply Chain Process Management, Sales Process Management.
