Job Description:

  • Responsible for meeting project goals and deadlines

  • Responsible for presenting product and project status and management reporting throughout the development process

  • Provide technical guidance & leadership on cross-functional and intercultural teams

  • Interface effectively with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Product Management functions

  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components and services

  • Carry ideas and projects from early concept all the way through manufacturing

  • Responsible for the project compliance with Festo processes and corporate instructions

Experience and Skills:

  • Above average Bachelor’s or Master's degree in technical discipline

  • Extensive knowledge of Technology concepts, technical standards and methodologies in the life science sector, key tools used for analysis, testing and development for liquid handling systems, electronic experience a strong plus

  • 7+ years of experience

  • Effective interpersonal, communication & leadership skills as well as conflict management

  • Experience leading projects through a manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of manufacturing and process development activities such as qualification, validation, design of experiments, FMEA and design for manufacturing

  • Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have the ability to interact effectively with people in all areas of the company including Plant Operations, R&D, Quality, and Product Management
