Job Description:

    • Draft and review nondisclosure agreements and other contracts, corporate formalities, and any documents requiring Festo signature for compliance with Festo’s standard terms, policies and procedures as directed by General Counsel.
    • Summarize vendor agreements and customer contracts in order to identify contractual obligations and elevate concerns to General Counsel.
    • Draft and maintain agreement and other legal document templates.
    • Maintain agreement databases and prepare reports or charts utilizing appropriate software for General Counsel.
    • Assist with ethics and compliance programs (including import and export and data privacy compliance)
    • Assist with completion and tracking of immigration applications (Visa, Permanent Resident  Applications) for employees
    • Manage various legal department projects and initiatives
    • Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required.

Experience and Skills:

    • 2-4-year college degree specializing in paralegal studies.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant paralegal experience including strong review and drafting skills
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Bilingual Spanish a strong plus.
    • Computer Literate (Microsoft Suite: including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
