Job Description:

Analyze, replicate, and resolve system issues from the Logistics area by process knowledge and debugging skills; perform SAP configuration and testing to satisfy requirements; work with end users, IT team members, and management to define and document business requirements, establish target dates with prioritization; develop Functional Design Specifications to work with development teams for custom development; maintain process documentation and functionality changes; work with cross-functional teams on integration efforts as necessary to resolve technical and process issues; assist with testing, training, and implementation of practical business solutions under multiple deadlines; provide post implementation support.  This position is based in Maineville, Ohio.

Experience and Skills:

Required:  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and three years of experience as an SAP MM or LE Model Analyst.  In addition, the following specific skills are required: 

Complete at least one full life cycle SAP implementation; 3 years experience with system configuration to meet business requirements; 3 years experience with the SAP BI reporting tool; 3 years experience with ABAP program debugging to identify root causes for system issues; and, 3 years of experience communicating technical concepts into business terms.
