Job Description:

  • Territory will be Illinois, Wisconsin, and Upper Peninsula of Michigan
  • Support and develop Festo channel partners
  • Achieve quarterly sales objectives within assigned APR
  • Develop joint sales plans and target account strategy
  • Assess training needs with Festo products, technologies, sales skills, and sales processes
  • Develop/administer programs to meet training gaps
  • Maintain CRM data and opportunities for assigned distributors and customers
  • Develop sales reports as directed by Distribution Sales Manager and/or District Sales Manager

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering a plus, but not required
  • Diverse sales background required
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience required
  • Experience working with or managing an industrial distribution network preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude required
  • Experience selling pneumatic technology, industrial controls systems, electro-mechanical motion controls, sensors and/or PLC's a plus
  • Must be fluent in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & SharePoint
  • Regular travel required within APR
