Job Description:

  • Support national strategy to hunt for and increase business with large, serial OEMs
  • Actively hunt, penetrate, and develop new OEM relationships and opportunities in various industry segments
  • Engage in Team-selling with area Sales engineers and Industry Segment Specialists at target OEM accounts
  • Driver of strategy development for selected OEM accounts
  • Proactive development of customer relationship, primarily through technical support and interfacing
  • Identification and research of lesser known industry segments and new OEMs/contacts within these segments
  • Act as project manager/liaison/advocate internally at Festo for target OEMs
  • Grow the total turnover amongst large OEMs in the USA

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business, technical degree preferred
  • 3+ years of industrial sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience calling on large accounts
  • Proven Ability for Account Strategy Development
  • Worked in position that required applicant to work with peers for which they had no authority over preferred
