Job Description:

  • Support national/global strategy to hunt for and increase business with machine builders
  • Actively identify, track, and drive opportunities; grow and monitor the US turnover with key European accounts
  • Pro-actively communicate, coordinate, and develop strategic plans with responsible Global and National Key Account Managers
  • Act as primary interface to the global sales organization for US locations of key European accounts
  • Expand and enhance the customer relationship in the US, primarily through technical support and international coordination
  • Evaluate Festo potential and growth opportunities of target accounts in the US together with the local sales teams
  • Work closely with key customers and local demand planning/logistic teams to generate forecasts and delivery schedules
  • Utilize the team selling approach with the sales teams in the US, DE, and HQ to multiply efforts and realize growth expectations


Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business, technical degree preferred
  • 3+ years of industrial sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting large, multinational accounts
  • Experience supporting European Multinational Customers strongly preferred
  • Experience in position which required to work with peers with which they had no authority over
  • German language proficiency strongly preferred
  • Experience working in Germany / Europe strongly preferred
  • Established network and relationships with Festo HQ and European Sales organizations is optional
