Job Description:

  • Provide support, communicate and work collaboratively with all internal NAFTA stakeholders and within various functional areas including Sales Operations, the Regional Contact Centre (RCC) in Canada, the Document Processing Centre (DPC) and Multi National Contact Center in Mexico, the Sales Support Group (SSG), and the Regional Service Centre (RSC) in the US.
  • Responsible for analysing current business practices and subsequently designing and implementing operational methods that promote overall productivity, efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Thoroughly understand the Festo End to End customer journey / process landscape. Manage processes and tool development
  • Implement and test new processes, tools and technologies to create more automated and efficient processes, in line with current and future business objectives
  • Focus on new business processes, how to diagnose problems with an organization’s current methodology, and how to design, reconstruct, and monitor processes to ensure they are effective
  • Lead individual projects, oversee project progression and report status and results to the project manager and/or Operational Excellence Manager

Experience and Skills:

  • Successful completion of post-secondary education required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operational Management or equivalent area of study preferred.
  • Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish skills required.
  • German and/or French written or verbal skills a plus.
  • Experience in sales, contact center or sales support a plus.
  • Project Management skills and experience are great assets.
