Job Description:

  • Overall responsibility for Business Excellence in NAFTA, covering USA, Canada, and Mexico
  • Own origination, design, and implementation of holistic business excellence programs, such as cluster NAFTA commercial integration/harmonization, sales channels diagnostics and improvement plans
  • NAFTA lead for implementation of the companys Sales Operating Model (SOM)
  • Support sales channels and market management regarding commercial excellence topics, helping design processes to enable further growth. Examples include lead management, customer planning, new product launch optimization, and multiple other topics
  • Monitor and manage channel excellence KPIs; actively partner with sales leadership to drive channel productivity and sustained business results
  • Other tasks and responsibilities will be assigned as required

Experience and Skills:

  • BA/BS in Economics/Engineering/Marketing/Finance/Scientific discipline; MBA or other advanced degree in a marketing/management/quantitative discipline a plus
  • 5+ years of business experience working in both program management in fields such as management consulting, and/or for a corporation in sales/process/commercial excellence roles
  • Demonstrated project management skills; High tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to work cooperatively and forge relationships across multiple business areas
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; CRM knowledge a plus
  • Highly self-motivated with a track record of taking ownership; strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to synthesize information into key messages appropriate for the audience
