Job Description:

  • Achieve Quality Assurance: Overall Objectives   

    • Prepare the Organization for key audits
      • Clear deliverables on the documentation
      • Completing audits; determining system improvements &
      • Implementing change in a systematic method
    • Strategic plans and reviews
      • Preparing and completing action plans - to establish a documented business process flow – Roles/Rules/Responsibilities
    • Establishing Key KPI’s
      • Leading to a robust Visual Management system
      • Data source -to be always SAP & BI System
        • Manufacturing; SCM; Engineering & Quality
      • Customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems;
  • Quality assurance- Financial objectives

    • Estimating requirements
    • Preparing an annual budget
    • Scheduling expenditures & analyzing variance - initiating corrective actions.
  • Develop Quality Assurance – Systems & Plans

    • Conducting hazard analyses
    • Identifying critical control points and preventive measures
    • Establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures – CAPA
  • Quality processes Validation

    • Establishing product specifications and quality attributes
    • Measuring Methods & documenting evidence
    • Determining operational and performance qualification
    • Writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
  • Product Quality Support

    • Compliance, and surveillance audits
    • Systemic investigation & Communication on customer complaints;
    • Collaborating with other members of management
      • Develop new product and engineering designs &
      • Manufacturing and training methods.
  • Quality documentation & reports Standardization

    • Data Based summarizing information and trends
      • Establish & Drive actions leading to closure towards
        • Failed processes, Stability studies, Recalls, Corrective actions, and re-validations.

Experience and Skills:

  • Experienced & well-grounded in areas of Process Improvement, Analyzing Information, Strategic Communication, Quality Engineering & Operational Excellence
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met during production.
  • Oversees testing of processes and products which assures the Quality & Reliability.
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years supervisory/management experience
