  • Design tools and  equipment for production needs, create drawings
  • Create Pneumatic circuit diagrams and implement it
  • Preparation of Technical Documentation
  • Placing the designed equipment into operation and testing proper function
  • Programming
  • Cooperation with internal and external partners
  • Specification and purchase of needed components, tools and devices.
  • Project management
  • Maintain professional support for colleagues in all departments
  • Provide  training for the designed tools and equipment
  • Supervision of the proper function the designed or purchased equipment.
  • Carrying out the FVP tasks
  • Recognize and comply with all instructions, policies and procedures which was handed over or about the document availability was informed.
  • Achieving the objectives which were defined by company goals (deliveries, quality).
  • Compliance and enforcement the security measures of confidential information
  • Responsible for the authenticity of data services
  • Responsible for data authenticity / quality / suitability of the created documents
  • Responsible for the optimization which carried out under his/her responsibility
  • Product responsibility
  • National and International travel may be required by any mode of transportation as determined by the company for business reasons such as, but not limited to,skill development, training or a company business event. This would include travel to and from Festo Germany, Corporate Headquarters/Regional (field) offices.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelors or Technical degree from Four-year college or university;

  • Or minimum five to seven years related experience and/or training;

  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • knowledge of machine practices and safety standards. Knowledge of CAD.
  • Familiar with estimating and cost calculation of production methods.
  • Familiar with metal materials specifications and applicable DIN and/or ANSI.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of material science, measurement technology
  • Safety planning skills, knowledgeof Ergonmics
  • Knowledge of Festo design utilities (springs, o-rings, ...)
  • Inventor, Design skills, technical drawing skills
  • Fluid Draw, E-plan (Fluid), Wind Chill
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain process
  • General knowledge of FESTO processes
  • Extensive knowledge of FESTO products
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Lean and 5S
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP
  • Comprehensive project management skills
  • Knowledge of pneumatic / electro-pneumatic control systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of production technology
