Job Description:

  • Qualify market development opportunities, including strategic product programs, and local sales initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategic measures to capitalize on identified opportunities
  • Development of hypotheses, gathering and analysis of data, synthesis of results and communication of finding a senior leadership
  • Drive annual sales planning by collaborating closely with finance and sales leadership to assign targets
  • Engage with sales leadership to devise industry segments and districts sales plans, including account plans for top strategic customers
  • Own customer segmentation and customer life cycle management, actively hone and implement a robust multi-channel approach to market
  • Serve as sales implementation partner of our 2020 strategic plan
  • Act as in-house consultant as needed, providing help to sales leadership tackle and problem solve most pressing local commercials challenges
  • Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required

Experience and Skills:

  • BA/BS in Economics/Engineering/Marketing/Finance/Scientific discipline; MBA or other advanced degree in a Marketing/Management discipline a plus
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a leading management consulting firm, corporate strategy, or strategic planning/marketing group
  • Very strong analytical skills required to identify and validate hypotheses and refine/design measures
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills, combined with experience to synthesize quantitative and technical concepts to different stakeholders
  • Experience working in international multi-stakeholder environments
